Can I add plugins to my site on CAEN's WordPress server?

Due to the multi-site configuration of our WordPress server, CAEN cannot install plugins for individual sites as part of the web publishing service. Since plugins can only be installed server-wide, we must be careful and restrictive about what plugins are installed as we could not be responsible for securing, updating or maintaining multiple plugins for each individual site. Other considerations must also be made when evaluating additions to the service, such as accessibility and vendor support.

We do welcome recommendations for additional features and/or plugins, however, we cannot guarantee that they would be allowed. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and evaluations are done based on staff availability.
