Who will customize Salesforce to meet my needs?

The College of Engineering Salesforce pilot project aims to improve engagement with alumni. Part of the pilot is to solicit ideas about alumni-related activities where Salesforce might help. Groups in the College can submit their ideas using the Salesforce New Project Request form.

Submissions will be reviewed by the Salesforce team — which includes representatives from across the College — and one project will be implemented during the first pilot phase. In consultation with the project stakeholder, CAEN will handle Initial implementation, document the process, and produce training materials. From that point on, it will be the responsibility of the group submitting the project proposal to engage with alumni using the tool CAEN has created/customized.

If major changes are desired, a modification request can be made. The changes will be reviewed and prioritized by the Salesforce team like any new project request.
