I no longer see my previous BlueJeans recordings in my account. Where did they go?

By default, BlueJeans at U-M will only store a maximum of three (3) recordings online per account, and each recording will only be kept for up to 90 days.

For recordings you wish to save long term and prevent from being deleted due to these limits, it is important to download them for safe keeping. You can then share the videos by uploading them to U-M Google Drive or Box. Instructors also have the option to add them to the Media Gallery of their Canvas course site for students to view, similar to uploading Kaltura Capture videos.
