What is the VMware Academic Program (VMAP)?

MSDNAA SoftwareThe VMware Academic Program (VMAP) is a software licensing program for academic institutions. At the College of Engineering, the program enables students and faculty to use several VMware software products and online resources academic purposes. The applications available through this program include:

  • VMware Fusion
  • VMware vCenter Lab Manager
  • VMware vCenter Server
  • VMware vSphere
  • VMware Web-based eLearning
  • VMware Workstation
