I was told students get free access to iClicker Cloud, but it only shows a two-week trial. What's wrong?

When a student first signs up to use iClicker Cloud, their confirmation may show a two-week trial under their Purchased Subscriptions. However, all students who obtain access using their U-M email address ( should also see full access listed for them under the Institution Licenses, for example:

If for some reason your account was not associated with the U-M license, contact iClicker directly so they can adjust your access.
