I am a new, incoming student to the College of Engineering. When do I get my CAEN Account?

All new, incoming students to the College of Engineering automatically receive their CAEN Account immediately prior to their first term enrolled in courses (usually the week prior). This is to ensure the most accurate and up-to-date eligibility data, and that the greatest number of incoming students will have their accounts ready for the first day of classes.

New students who have trouble accessing their CAEN Account on the first day of classes should contact the CAEN Help Desk directly. Refer to our Obtaining a CAEN Account page for more information.
