Why can't I find certain software applications when using CAEN remote access services?

Due to software licensing restrictions, there may be some applications that are not available through any CAEN remote access services. There may also be some that are available via remote access, but only when connecting from an on-campus network. In addition, some software may be restricted to you based on your role at the University.
