I've connected to a remote meeting, but I cannot see or hear anyone, or vice versa. Why is this happening?
There are a few reasons why this could happen, related to either hardware or software problem. Refer to the following support articles for help troubleshooting:

As a workaround until the problem is resolved, it might be more reliable to call in with your phone to hear the audio for the meeting.
