How often will my computer need to be reinstalled with a new version of the Engineering Base Desktop?

The Engineering Base Desktop is updated periodically by CAEN based on the availability of new operating system and software versions. However, if and when individual computers are reinstalled with the newest version is at the discretion of the department. Individuals should work with their departmental IT support staff to determine the best time to upgrade their computers.
