When I connect using the VMware Horizon View client, why don't I see the correct CAEN servers?
There may be two reasons why this occurs:
- You may not have a full CAEN Account, which provides access to the Windows Remote Desktop Service.
- You may need to update the connection settings in your client. Refer to our How do I connect to a CAEN Windows computer remotely? article for the correct settings.
