I tried to log into a CAEN Windows computer, and I received a message that my account was 'Disabled' or 'Locked.' How do I fix this?

In order to prevent this lock-out from occurring, you must ensure that your UMICH passwords are synced. This will allow authentication to Windows services without the risk of disabling the account due to failed logins. Visit the following web page:
