Can I restrict, or password-protect, the content on my site?

CAEN's WordPress implementation does not currently allow password-protected pages. Google Sites, on the other hand, does allow sites to be password-protected. There are two options for restricting content in CAEN's Web Publishing service:

  1. If your entire site needs to be password-protected, then you must use a Google Site for all of your content.
  2. If only portions of your site's content need password-protection, you have the option to create your main site through WordPress and have the password-protected section hosted on a separate Google Site.  that is linked from the WordPress site. Other options include storing the protected content as files in a Google Drive or Box collection, and then linking to them from your WordPress site.
